Young Transtriatlon (12 to 17 years old)
Tuesday 8.15pm to 9.15pm (Esportiu La Piscina).
The trainings are aimed at people of all sporting levels who can swim crawl.
In case you do not know how to swim, the Transtriatlon coaches will advise you how to do to acquire the necessary technique.
To assess the level of each person, we will do a test (contact us).
Tuesday 7 pm to 8
pm The trainings are aimed at people of all sporting levels who can swim crawl and who have aerobic resistance in swimming.
Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, for this activity, the use of a wetsuit will be necessary.
Thursday from 7.45pm to 8.45pm (Vilanova i la Geltrú Cycling Circuit).
To carry out the activity you need a bicycle (road or mountain bike) that works properly.
Use of compulsory helmet.
Lights (when there is no sunlight).
You don’t need experience in this sport.
Running on foot:
Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Vilanova i la Geltrú Athletics Tracks).
Martes 6:30 a 7:15h (Pistas de Atletismo de Vilanova i la Geltrú)
Para realizar la actividad hace falta tener calzado de correr y ropa deportiva.
No hace falta experiencia en este deporte.
No es necesario seguir un calendario de competiciones obligatorio.
Cada jóven y su familia decide en que pruebas quiere participar.
Los entrenadores de Transtriatlon informarán cuando hay competiciones.
